Francis "Iao Tagitagi ile Vaveao" Falepogisa Stowers, 80, passed away on December 4, 2018 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Olive F. Stowers Tuiolemotu, parents Pelesauma and Salaitupu Stowers, Son Francis Jr. daughter Ala Stowers Faaitu, brother John Ioane Stowers, grandchildren Olive, Folasa, Fantasia & Frances.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary. Visitation is at 5:00 pm, services at 6:00 pm, Casual attire.
