Guy P.T. Carmichael, 58, passed away on February 1, 2019 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. He was born in Wahiawa, Hawaii. He is survived by Sisters Gail Carmichael, Geri (Lester) Rodrigues, nephews Justin & Pono, with numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday April 5, 2019 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary Chapel. Visitation is at 5:00 pm , services is at 6:00 pm. Casual attire. Flowers are welcome.
