Obituary for Henrietta Tejero "Kui" Mitchell (Taculao)
Henrietta "Kui" Tejero Taculao Mitchell, 61, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed from this earthly realm on July 3rd, 2019 at home with her family by her side. She was born in Honolulu on June 22nd, 1958, the daughter of Florenda Taculao and the late Mariano Perlas Taculao. Henrietta is survived by her daughter, Cheyanne Mitchell; Granddaughter, Aaliyah; four sisters, Petronilla "Pet" Newhouse, Ponciana "Cristi" Franson, Joy Taculao Murray, Agnes Villanueva; and two brothers, Floyd and Gordon Taculao;
Henrietta was a dedicated and loving Mom, adoring grandmother, caring sister, compasionate Aunt and dependable friend. She loved her family and always put them first before herself. She was a hard worker, just like her father before her and spent 20+ years working hard in various professions, always helping out whenever she could. Her family misses her dearly. Her memories will always be cherished and she will be forever embedded in our hearts.
A celebration of life service will be held on August 3rd, 2019 at the Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary.
Visitation starts at 10:00am, service to start by 11:00am. Casual/Aloha attire. No Flowers.
