Jim was a wonderful man anyone who knew him knew what a love he had for the Navy and for the survivors of Pearl Harbor. He was always there to help anyone who wanted to see the Memorials both the USS Arizona and the USS Utah. He helped with the care of the Utah taking the old ship under his wings and bringing it to the attention of the Navy, helping it with any restoration and making it become not " the forgotten ship any longer". Jim never missed a Utah Peral Harbor Survivors reunion in Las Vegas each May. I am richer for having known him Rest in Peace Jim
