On July 21,2020 is the day he was granted his angel wings.

He survived by mother Jan M.K Moana, Father Joseph Junior Hoffman (deceased),

His Two Children Jahzion & Kaila-Rose (Kaimilani),

His Girlfriend Ricol & Step children Aniya & Chayse

Sister Jayla Moana (Deceased),
Brother Jerome Hoffman (Chelsea),
Sister Jerrazzaylyn Hoffman(Hilly).

Sisters: Tashias,Taysja,Taesjlynn,Jazelynn & Shayzelynn and 7 beautiful nieces.

Also Grandmother Verda Moana & Ruth Dando, Aunty Joylyn (Al) Moana Chan, Joey Moana, John (Darcy) Moana and many of cousins.

Celebration of life will be at a later time.
