Li'a M. Baines, 60, 84-261 Farrington Hwy, Waianae, HI., died unexpectedly at home August 12, 2019. Born November 11, 1958 in Norfolk, VA., Li'a was a lifelong resident of Waianae and Makaha. She worked many years as a dispatcher and was an avid animal guardian and activist. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
Li'a was proceeded in death by her Mother Beverly L. Chapman and Father Dale Chapman. She is survived by her sister Erin L. (David) Wise of Columbiana, OH, her brother Eric (Julie) Chapman of Bakersfield, CA.
