Rocque "Rocky" William Rios Santos, 81, passed away on March 17, 2019 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born in Guam. He is survived by Companion Winifred Banis, Sons Roque W.C. Santos and Danilo Vicente Santos, Daughter Bertha Marissa Santos Reyes, Brothers Jose Santos & Peter Santos, Sisters Patricia Santos, Teresa Santos, Annie Santos, Lolin Santos and Jane Santos, Grandchildren Roque Anthony & Raemond Jarrod Santos, Robert Raymond Reyes, Marissa Joselyn Reyes, Angelina Jenae Santos, Isaiah Danilo Santos and Olivia Rosalie Santos.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday April 19, 2019 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary Chapel. Visitation is at 5:00 pm Services at 6:00 pm.
