Welmon "Rusty" Walker Jr. 71, passed away on February 10, 2019 in Aiea, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Nedra Kay Walker, Son Welmon "Tony" Walker III, Daughter Whitney Olivia Walker, Brother Philip E. Walker and Sister Hope Williams.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday August 31, 2019 at the Lutheran Church of Honolulu located at 1730 Punahou Street Honolulu, HI 96822. Service times pending.
