Royal Keaoopua Mitchell Sr., 82 of Kailua Kona, Hawaii, passed away on January 20, 2018. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Royal worked as a tug boat engineer.
He is survived by daughter Charmain (Albert) Camara of Kailua Kona, Hawaii; son Royal Mitchell, Jr. of Kailua, Oahu; two brothers and one sister; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
